Documents you must provide

When you apply you need to provide:

• a current passport (minimum 1 year)
• Your passport’s 1^st  page’s photocopy
• If you have, the old passports
• If you have any visa in the past, make copy those pages
• Birth certificate and identity register copy
• Criminal record
• Address proof
• Student certificate from the school
• Warrant of attorney from both parents for the group leader
• Plane tickets
• Bank statements (minimum last 6 months)
• Sponsor’s all legal documents,

1-If sponsor has a company or his/her own job;

 -All legal certificates that his company is approved by the authorities ( business bank statement, personal bank statement, certificate of incumbency, adequate money in the account, social security document) And if he has; Proprietorship certificate, rental contracts, vehicle licence etc.

2-If the sponsor works for a company or institution;

• Formal letter from the company or institution ( person’s position, how long has been working, bank account, diploma or certificates, payroll or salary roll from the company, social security document) And if he has; Proprietorship certificate, rental contracts, vehicle licence etc.

3- If the person is retired;

• Legal Retirement certificate
• Bank statement ( minimum 6 months, where he gets retirement salary)
• Social security document
• Other incomes (Proprietorship certificate, rental contracts, vehicle licence etc.)

• Proprietorship certificate, rental contracts, vehicle licence etc.
• Passbook from the bank
• A letter from the school principle that they have permission
• financial sponsor’s occupation, income, savings or funds that will support your studies
• English language qualifications, for example certificates or awards
• Marriage certificate of parents

You need to provide the original documents.

You also need to provide a certified translation of any documents that aren’t in English or Welsh.

You need a page in your passport that’s blank on both sides for your visa.
